This is your target document: Funny Bunny Memo
Skills to utilize:
* Template
* Clip Art
* manipulating graphics – layouts
* tables
How-to details:
1. Use the Professional Memo template accessible from Office Button > New > Memos. You will need to adjust the first line and hanging indents, particularly because these indents will affect the behavior of the table you need to set up to position the rabbits.
2. To generate the effect at the bottom, you will need to create a picture with four small rabbits positioned over top of a circle/cross shape. To insert the shape, use Insert > Illustrations > Shapes > Flowchart. You will need to play with the layout/wrapping options to ensure that the rabbits can be positioned properly over the picture. You can use Grouping to keep the shapes together. Once the “grouped shape” is in place, you can then set a “tight” layout on it and then drag it into the middle of the text to create the wrap effect pictured.

These articles are originally from the Prairie Horizons newsletter:
http://prairiehorizons.files.wordpress.com/2009/08/ph_v33-1_fall_1998.pdf
To extract the text, we copied and pasted from the pdf into Word. However, the pasted text has too many paragraph marks! How can we remove them efficiently? (Hint: Use macros! Use one to remove excess paragraph marks and another to remove excess spaces.)
